Our story
Cloudreason was born from a simple observation: businesses were spending more on cloud than they needed to, and the people advising them often had a financial interest in keeping it that way.
Our founding team had spent years running and working for managed service businesses and cloud infrastructure providers — experience stretching back to 1999. We'd seen first-hand how vendor relationships, misaligned incentives, and technical complexity left organisations overpaying and underserved.
So we built something different. An independent consultancy with no vendor ties, no reseller margins, and no reason to recommend anything other than what's genuinely right for the client. Since 2016, we've helped hundreds of organisations take control of their cloud — delivering an average 25% reduction in annual cloud spend along the way.
